Project Manager

Fully Remote

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. You’ll ensure all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects across multiple departments

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Manage internal and external resources to ensure timely execution

Track project progress and performance using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Trello)

Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to team members and leadership

Foster collaboration and accountability within the team

Continuously optimize workflows and processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of project management experience (preferably in a remote or cross-functional environment)

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello)

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred Skills

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification

Experience working in software, IT, or digital marketing industries

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Basic understanding of financial and resource planning
