As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Create detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes effectively. Coordinate with developers, testers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove project roadblocks. Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across the team. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company quality standards. Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (as applicable) to manage projects. Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-project analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in software project management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification (preferred). Preferred Skills: Technical background or hands-on experience with web/mobile applications. Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
