Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes effectively.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove project roadblocks.
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across the team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company quality standards.
• Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (as applicable) to manage projects.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-project analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Technical background or hands-on experience with web/mobile applications.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UI/UX and QA processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹579,022.31 - ₹2,155,959.31 per year
