Abaci Technologies, part of the Transit Security Solutions Group, is a fast-growing technology company delivering ICT and ELV system integration solutions across India and the UAE. We are expanding our digital transformation wing in Calicut to strengthen our ERP and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and

timelines.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams — including frontend (React.js, JavaScript)

and backend (Python, Django) developers.

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as per Agile

methodology.

• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and process compliance across all projects.

• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure proactive communication with

stakeholders.

• Drive collaboration between developers, designers, QA, and product owners for smooth

execution.

Track and report project progress, dependencies, and resource utilization.

• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 6–8 years of total experience, including minimum 3+ years in project or delivery

management.

• Proven experience managing software projects in a product or service-based setup.

• Strong understanding of React.js, JavaScript, Python, and Django development

environments.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
