Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end IT projects across various domains including

  Cloud (Azure)

  ,

  CRM (Salesforce)

  ,

  .NET applications

  , and

  Data & AI initiatives

  .
• Act as the primary point of contact for

  US-based clients

  , ensuring strong customer relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, proactively identify issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company s project management frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team leads.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including estimation, solutioning, and proposal development when needed.

Key Requirements:

• 15-18 years of total IT experience

  , with

  7 8 years in a Project Manager role

  handling mid to large-scale IT projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in technologies such as:

  Salesforce CRM,

  Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS)

  .NET Framework/Core

  Data Engineering and AI/ML implementations

• Strong experience managing

  US clients

  ; familiarity with US time zones, culture, and business expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; certification in

  PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master

  is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
