About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality analytics solutions to banking and financial services clients.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting for analytics projects.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with recruitment team to identify and onboard high-quality resources.
  • Define goals and career progression path for the team aligned with Straive and client
  • Vision.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and
  • Objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in banking and financial services domain, staying up-
  • to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients and internal Stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, and use
  • this knowledge to inform business development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills Needed:

  • Overall total experience has to be minimum 10 Years.
  • Strong 8+ experience in managing

    software engineering projects

    using technologies such as

    Python / Java / SQL / Salesforce / .NET / or any other Software Engineering skills

    , preferably within the

    BFSI domain

    .
  • Strong experience in staff augmentation and client side stakholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to

    lead large technical teams

    (

    minimum 30 members)

    driving performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • Minimum

    5+ years of client-facing experience

    , acting as the

    primary point of contact

    for stakeholders.
  • Effective

    storytelling and communication

    with Good

    analytical and problem-solving

    skills.
  • Good understanding of

    data governance

    ,

    data quality principles

    , and best practices in software development.
  • Good experience to

    engage with clients and senior stakeholders

    , understand their needs, address issues promptly, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Any Project Management Certification.
