Role Overview

Senior Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Program Management

• Own

  end-to-end delivery

  of multiple large-scale programs across AI/ML, Data Science, Analytics, Big Data, Full Stack, and Enterprise solutions.
• Define project scope, delivery timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to

  Agile / Scrum

  frameworks and delivery governance.
• Monitor project KPIs, delivery health, and financial metrics.
• Manage escalations, change requests, and cross-team dependencies.

Presales & Sales Collaboration

• Actively collaborate with the

  Sales and Account Management teams

  during presales cycles.
• Participate in

  client discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution discussions

  .
• Support

  RFP/RFI responses

  , solution design, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
• Contribute to

  technical proposals, SOWs, and delivery approach documents

  .
• Present

  solution walkthroughs, delivery models, and capability decks

  to prospects.
• Ensure smooth

  handover from presales to delivery

  , maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and assumptions.

Technical & Solution Oversight

• Work closely with architects and technical leads on solutions involving:

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML, AIML)

• Data Science, Analytics & Big Data

• Full Stack & MERN Stack (React.js, Node.js, JavaScript)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

• Cloud Platforms AWS & GCP

• .NET, Java, Node.js

• Review solution architectures for feasibility, scalability, and delivery readiness.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Team & People Management

• Lead and mentor

  Technical Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams

  .
• Manage large offshore and distributed delivery teams.
• Drive resource planning, capacity management, and utilization.
• Build a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with business, product, and technology leaders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Support

  account growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

  in collaboration with Sales.

• 12 to 18 years of overall IT experience with

  5+ years in Senior Project / Program Management

• Proven experience in

  both delivery execution and presales support

• Experience working with

  US and global enterprise clients

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred
