Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Delivery: o Monitor and manage all operational and strategic projects to ensure delivery time within approved budgets o Supervise application development, hardware infrastructure, and security initiatives from conception to completion o Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using MS Project or advanced project management tools o Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational impact o Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
2. Budget Management & Costing
o Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets across all technology initiatives o Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets o Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments for proposed projects o Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization o Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management review 3. Strategic Planning & Governance o Ensure all projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices o Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms o Contribute to technology roadmap planning and strategic initiatives o Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance project delivery efficiency o Align project outcomes with broader business and technology strategy 4. Technology Integration: o Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the real estate industry. o Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity. o Coordinate with IT and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of technology in project workflows. 5. Stakeholder Management: o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. o Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Establish best practices for project management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement. o Implement tools and techniques to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Risk Management: o Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner. o Develop contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks.
