Description: Position Purpose The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects across HydraChem Pty Ltd's core service lines, including Oil Conditioning as a Service (OCaaS), pressure testing, chemical cleaning, oil flushing, and mechanical commissioning. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and safety standards. The Project Manager acts as the key point of contact between the client, operations team, and subcontractors, maintaining full accountability for project outcomes. Key Responsibilities PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION: Develop project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Coordinate and supervise the delivery of field services in line with HydraChem standards. Lead the preparation and review of project documentation, including test packs, ITPs, P&ID markups, and reports. Monitor progress against key project milestones and adjust resources or schedules as needed. CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring expectations are understood and met. Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings, updates, and close-out reporting. HSEQ COMPLIANCE Ensure projects are executed in accordance with HydraChem's Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) policies. Support site risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit to work processes. Identify and escalate operational risks or deviations from procedures.
