Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of 100+ remote sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative virtual work environment aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a remote team of 100 sales executives across diverse geographies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools, and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate daily operations, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication across the team using digital collaboration platforms.
Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and maintain high team morale.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Continuously optimize processes for remote team productivity and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management and leading large remote teams.
Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
