Senior Finance Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager / Senior Manager to lead and enhance our financial reporting processes, oversee ERP implementation projects, and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and a track record of designing and improving internal control frameworks in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting Assist in overseeing subsidiaries monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and manage the year-end audit process with external auditors. Develop and maintain standard reporting packages for management and board review. ERP and Shared Service Implementation Assist in ERP system implementation and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, ensure data accuracy, and optimize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.). Internal Controls & Compliance Prepare and maintain internal control documentation and SOPs. Lead or support internal audit initiatives and follow-up on audit findings and remediation plans. Qualifications and Preferred Attributes: CA. with 4+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of Tally, ERP, and Power BI is preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
