As a Senior Finance Manager at Arboreal, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, with a good understanding of MIS reporting, data analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and various financial models. - Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership. - Developing financial strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on cost optimization, margin improvement, and working capital management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for budgeting and financial planning, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and R&D. - Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards such as IFRS and GAAP. - Managing audits, coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. - Implementing and enhancing internal controls, financial systems, and processes. - Overseeing inventory valuation and cost accounting processes, particularly for nutraceutical production. - Evaluating and supporting investment decisions, new product launches, pricing strategies, and expansion plans. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 7+ years of high-quality professional experience in Corporates/Startups. - Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. - Experience in budgeting and forecasting. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Prior experience of managing a team (3+ years desired). - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. - CPA or CFA certification is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
