Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall finance function including accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and MIS reporting.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, etc.).
Partner with business teams to support pricing, margin analysis, and cost control.
Oversee working capital management, cash flow, inventory, and credit control.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely audits.
Support management with financial insights, dashboards, and decision support.
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of retail finance, GST, inventory accounting, and working capital
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / other retail ERPs).
Analytical mindset with business partnering capability.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment .
