Job Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager- International Business – OT Lights, OT Tables, Hospital furniture. As part of our global expansion, we are hiring dynamic professionals to lead and grow our international business. Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven International Business Manager with deep domain knowledge and sales experience in OT lights, OT tables, and cautery machines, focused on exports and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building distribution networks, managing key international clients, and scaling CAPEX product sales globally. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategy for OT lights, tables, and Hospital furniture in target markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, etc.) Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and hospital partners in the international territory Conduct market analysis, identify product demand trends, and gather competitive intelligence Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, quotations, negotiations, and closures Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and handle required documentation (CE, FDA, Free Sale Certificates, etc.) Coordinate with internal product, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Represent Medikabazaar at international medical trade fairs and exhibitions Monitor monthly targets, sales forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue goals Required Skills & Experience 2–3+ years of international sales experience in medical equipment, specifically OT lights, tables, or Hospital furniture Strong distributor/dealer network in international geographies preferred Familiarity with certifications like CE, ISO, and export documentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Willingness to travel internationally (30–40% of the time) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, International Business, or related field MBA preferred (not mandatory) Exposure to both B2B and institutional sales in international markets What We Offer Opportunity to work with one of India’s fastest-growing healthcare platforms Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives Fast-paced, entrepreneurial work culture Global exposure in the healthcare industry Show more Show less
