Location: Delhi NCR or Bangalore or Mumbai Experience Required: 3–4 years Role Overview: We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive key initiatives. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and can work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of business-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Drive and manage high-impact programs across sales, category, and product teams Build trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor project health and business KPIs Support Zonal and Regional heads in sales planning and progress reviews Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category, ops, product, finance) to ensure timely deliverables Create structured and crisp presentations for leadership reviews Solve day-to-day issues by proactively identifying process gaps and driving alignment Monitor timelines, highlight risks, and ensure accountability across functions Key Skills & Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a fast-growth or operational setup Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting, dashboards) Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) – able to create concise decks for leadership Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a bias for action Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory What We’re Looking For: High ownership mindset – someone who can drive initiatives end-to-end Ability to work with ambiguity and bring structure to evolving business needs Passion for education and improving learning outcomes in India Show more Show less
