Who you’ll be working with
We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front-end and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience across web and mobile platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, partnering with Product Managers to define scope, key milestones, and timelines.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to ensure optimal team allocation and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure successful project delivery by identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and executing effective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to set expectations, align objectives, and provide visibility into progress.
- Oversee multiple interconnected workstreams or delivery pods for large-scale enterprise programs, including aligning project-level activities with broader program goals.
- Coordinate with account and client principals to support client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and long-term relationship building.
What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)
Must have skills:
- MUST have client-facing experience, preferably in a consulting setting
- 5+ years of formal, relevant project and/or product management experience
- Strong command over Agile/SCRUM and SDLC processes
- High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
- Maturity and good judgement
- Highly Skilled communicator
- Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
Should have skills:
- Consulting/Project Experience: Background in consulting or experience managing multiple projects across multiple teams in parallel.
- Global Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively with remote teams across US and UK time zones.
Nice to have skills:
- Familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
- CSM, PMP, or similar agile project certification.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
