Job Description As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and converting business opportunities in Project Management Services and WPM / D&B Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your industry knowledge, professional network, and sales acumen to generate new leads, nurture client relationships, and secure project management consultancy contracts. Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - ? Utilize your understanding of project management services in the construction industry to identify and target prospective clients in commercial, industrial, hospital, institutional, and interior fit-out sectors. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations to understand their project management needs and position AMs services effectively. Focus on Design and Build Services - ? Build a robust network within the Design and Build industry, particularly focusing on commercial office spaces. ? Identify clients in need of D&B services, understand their requirements, and offer tailored project management solutions to meet their needs Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification - ? Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Bengaluru South India region. ? Leverage knowledge of local geography and the industry landscape to strategically target high-potential clients and sectors. Sales Strategy Development and Execution - ? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. ?
