Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional and cross-departmental transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong project and change management expertise, hands-on experience managing large teams (150–200+ people), deep process understanding across multiple functions, and the ability to work with international stakeholders and clients. The individual will drive process improvements, governance, people adoption, and measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Project Management
Lead and deliver strategic projects across multiple departments and business functions (not limited to Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sales Excellence, Finance)Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure including planning, execution, reporting, and handoverManage complex interdependencies across teams, processes, and geographiesIndependently lead assigned programs/workstreams and deliver outcomesConduct detailed process research, gap analysis, and solution design2. Change Management & Transformation
Drive end-to-end change management across pre-project, project, and post-project phasesDesign and execute change strategies aligned to enterprise goals and cultural contextBuild and present business cases for changeLocalize global change strategies, roadmaps, and plans for regional executionDrive adoption, sustainability, and benefit realization across functionsRun global and regional cadences to track progress, risks, and adoption3. People Leadership & Team Management
Directly and indirectly manage large teams of 150–200+ employees across functions and rolesLead teams comprising multiple roles (operations, quality, process, analytics, support, change)Coach, mentor, and guide team members and people managersDrive performance management, capacity planning, and resource continuityBuild strong collaboration across leadership, frontline teams, and support functions4. Process Ownership & Improvement
Work hands-on with end-to-end business processes across departmentsIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesLead process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement approachesStandardize and document processes (SOPs, playbooks, workflows, RACI)Ensure process compliance, scalability, and sustainability5. Stakeholder & Client Management
Engage with international clients and global stakeholders across regionsPartner with senior leaders, SMEs, and business owners to drive alignment and ownershipFacilitate workshops to simplify, standardize, and optimize processesIdentify early adopters and resistance points and plan targeted engagement strategiesDrive steering committees and executive reviews6. Governance & Risk Management
Establish strong project and program governance frameworksMonitor progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreamsProactively identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery, adoption, or timelinesEnsure alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements7. Communication, Reporting & Documentation
Create and maintain high-quality documentation including project plans, SOPs, process maps, change plans, and training materialDesign and execute communication and training strategies using digital toolsDefine and track KPIs for project performance and user adoptionConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational and customer issuesPrepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and clientsKey Competencies
