Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in technology and operations who can manage multiple projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, execution, team coordination, and stakeholder management. A PMP certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, design, QA).
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• MBA (Operations specialization) + B.Tech (Computer Science).
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in project management in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).

Preferred:

• Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or IT-related projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 6-7 years of Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
