Skills

• Solid understanding of Gen AI technologies, AI deployment workflows, and basic ML lifecycle, including data pipelines and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, and Confluence for sprint tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
• Familiarity with RPA tools, cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure), and automation frameworks used in enterprise delivery.
• Proficient in project lifecycle management, from initiation to post-deployment support, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• Strong grasp of process design, traceability, and quality assurance in software development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage project documentation, status reporting, and review sessions for internal and client-facing updates.
• Deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in hybrid execution models.
• Skilled in project planning, task scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
• Strong background in risk assessment, issue management, and scope control in dynamic delivery environments.
• Ability to effectively adapt project scope, timelines, and priorities based on evolving stakeholder needs and business constraints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and building client relationships.
