Qualification Professional & Technical Skills: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business schools. Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting or an internal consulting team or a similar role with a focus on business transformation. Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in a consulting environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
