Role & responsibilities Dynamic and seasoned Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager with deep-rooted expertise in commercial asset sales & leasing. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise with strong network in the Pune and Western CRE market and strategic understanding of commercial leasing ecosystem. Lead & manage commercial sales and leasing transactions for office spaces(bar shell & fitted out). Build & maintain strong relationship with corporate clients, investors, occupiers, IPCs and channel partners. Identify, approach, and onboard emerging tenants, startups, MNCs entering or expanding in Pune. Do market research to understand demand & supply dynamics, competitor analysis & pricing trends. Collaborate with legal, marketing, technical teams to create compelling sales pitches, project decks and deal documentation. Negotiate & close commercial real estate transactions across asset classes, pre-leased, strata sale, lease models. Generate & manage a high quality sales pipeline aligned with business targets. Be fully conversant with emerging trends in CRE spaces like GCC/Coworking/Flexispaces. Have ability to develop & implement business plans based on market research. Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, IPC/Consultant forums. Prepare MIS reports. Forecasts and strategic plans for revenue growth. Preferred candidate profile Commercial real estate/leasing exp with IPC firms (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Weikfield, Knight Frank, Grade A builders. In-depth knowledge of commercial office leasing and strate sales markets in Pune and other metros. Strong network with IPCs, corporate clients, consultants & institutional buyers. Superlative communication, negotiation and relationship mgmt. skills. Self starter with proven ability to exceed revenue targets. Qualification BBA/MBA Marketing/Realestate mgmt. or related fields. Certification in Real estate sales or commercial leasing preferred.

The ideal candidate should have 360* knowledge across sales strategy, customer engagement, marketing coordination and channel partner management. with a strong ability to engage and convert local Marathi home buyers. Preferred candidate profile Residential Sales, Luxury housing, HNI clients, knowledge of RERA, CRM system experience (SF, HubSpot, Selldo, etc.) sales lifecycle management., customer experience. Marketing, brand development & management., promotion. Cross functional coordination. Exp of managing offline, digital leads, walk-ins and channel sales. Ability to influence campaign messaging & targeting. Exp of working on mid to premium residential projects, life style projects in Deccan, Prabhat Road, Model Colony areas. Good understanding of buyer psyche in Deccan, Prabhat Road areas. Sales Manager good experience of sales & marketing, in Prime Pune city. RERA, sales ops. Professional, high integrity.
