Role & responsibilities

Dynamic and seasoned Residential Real Estate Sales Manager with deep-rooted expertise in the Pune real estate market, especially in CBD areas (Model Colony, Deccan Gymkhana, Prabhat Road, Erandwane).
The ideal candidate should have 360* knowledge across sales strategy, customer engagement, marketing coordination and channel partner management. with a strong ability to engage and convert local Marathi home buyers.

Preferred candidate profile

Residential Sales, Luxury housing, HNI clients, knowledge of RERA, CRM system experience (SF, HubSpot, Selldo, etc.) sales lifecycle management., customer experience. Marketing, brand development & management., promotion.
Cross functional coordination. Exp of managing offline, digital leads, walk-ins and channel sales. Ability to influence campaign messaging & targeting.
Exp of working on mid to premium residential projects, life style projects in Deccan, Prabhat Road, Model Colony areas.
Good understanding of buyer psyche in Deccan, Prabhat Road areas.
Sales Manager good experience of sales & marketing, in Prime Pune city. RERA, sales ops. Professional, high integrity.

Qualification

BBA/MBA Marketing/Finance
