Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end residential sales for high ticket size 4cr plus from lead
  • qualification and site visits to negotiation and closure.
  • Manage walk-in clients, channel partners, NRI inquiries, and digital leads with equal efficiency.
  • Build and execute hyperlocal marketing strategies in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Leverage insights from the Pune homebuyer psyche especially mid to high income Marathi-speaking families to tailor sales pitches and relationship building efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through structured planning and proactive follow-ups.
  • Full knowledge of RERA is a must along with working knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines management, and post-sales coordination to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the brand in exhibitions, channel partner meets, and local outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure accurate

documentation, timely bookings, and smooth handovers.

  • Analyse Pune market trends, competitor launches, and pricing benchmarks to ensure product positioning and pricing remain competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Postgraduate in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Lead Management/Enquiry Management systems (e.g.,Salesforce, Sell.Do etc ).
  • Full Knowledge of Rera aspect of Real estate Sales
  • High level of maturity and decision making abilities

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in residential sales with a leading Pune-based

CBD developer.

  • Fluent in Marathi and English with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with

buyers.

  • Strong understanding of buyer behavior in areas like Prabhat Road, Deccan,Erandwane, Baner, etc.
  • Experience working on premium residential projects and lifestyle projects.
  • Hands-on experience in managing digital + offline leads, walk-ins, and channel sales networks.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal marketing teams/agencies on campaign messaging and targeting.
