Project Head

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution: - Lead overall project management from concept to handover (design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning). - Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. - Ensure compliance with project milestones, quality benchmarks, and contractual obligations. - Coordinate between architecture, MEP, structural, faade, and landscape consultants. 2. Team & Stakeholder Management: - Lead and mentor the project management team. - Interface with consultants, contractors, PMC, and statutory authorities. - Manage relationships with GIFT City and SEZ administration. 3. Budgeting & Cost Control: - Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flows. - Validate contractor bills, variation claims, and procurement strategies. 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance: - Enforce adherence to quality and EHS standards. - Ensure compliance with SEZ and statutory norms. 5. Reporting & documentation: - Generate detailed progress reports and dashboards. - Track project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Leadership and team management. - Strong technical knowledge of design and execution. - Financial acumen and cost control. - Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management
