5+ years of experience in commercial real estate / coworking / IPCs
- Strong communication, pitching & negotiation skills - Hustle mindset with a love for targets - Knowledge of Punes commercial real estate scene (bonus points!) - A people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setup
