About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    coordinating and tracking project deliverables

    , timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support

    program managers

    in maintaining

    Jira boards

    ,

    backlogs

    , and

    sprint documentation

  • Prepare

    status reports

    ,

    dashboards

    , and

    executive presentations

    using

    Microsoft Excel

    and

    PowerPoint

    for leadership reviews.
  • Help organize and facilitate

    Agile ceremonies

    such as

    daily stand-ups

    ,

    retrospectives

    , and

    sprint planning sessions

    .
  • Maintain and update

    project documentation

    , ensuring all artifacts are complete, accurate, and accessible.
  • Collaborate with

    technical and business teams

    to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program goals.
  • Identify, track, and escalate potential

    project risks, blockers, and dependencies

    to the leadership team.
  • Contribute to

    continuous improvement initiatives

    , optimizing tools, templates, and reporting processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience

    in

    project coordination

    ,

    program support

    , or

    analyst roles

    (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) and

    PowerPoint

    (creating impactful presentations).
  • Basic understanding of

    Agile methodologies

    Scrum

    or

    Kanban

    .
  • Experience with

    Jira

    or equivalent

    project management tools

    .
  • Strong

    organizational skills

  • Excellent
