What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain detailed

  project plans

  , timelines, and resource allocations using tools like

  MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, or Jira

  .
• Lead and manage cross-functional

  New Product Development (NPD)

  projects from concept to launch.
• Ensure adherence to

  project management methodologies

  and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and stakeholder communication.
• Support implementation and compliance with

  ISO IMS

  standards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize

  PLM systems

  (Windchill / Teamcenter / Dassault) for product lifecycle tracking and documentation.

Your success is grounded in

• BE / Diploma - Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics with 5-12 years experience
• Strong knowledge of

  Project Management Methodologies

  .

• PMP or CAPM certification

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  : MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, Jira.
• Experience with

  PLM systems

  : Windchill, Teamcenter, Dassault.
• Familiarity with

  ISO Integrated Management System (IMS)

  -

  ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-driven with a focus on results.
