PMO Roles & Responsibilities

Experience range - 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities

• Managing and administering tools & applications involved in the business
• Managing, administrating, training of job portals, their contract negotiations and handling P2P process
• Managing, administrating, and providing Tier 1 & 2 support on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Managing and administrating the users activation & deactivation on all the tools & applications involved in the business
• Managing the end-to-end process of interview-as-a-service vendors as per business needs
• Providing data and documentation support to businesses on RFI/RFP/RFQ/VRFs
• Managing the entire MIS and Dashboard system of the organization and reporting to leadership
• Administrating the training of new joiners and refresher trainings of tenured employees on all the applications, job portals
• Managing and coordinating the internal and ISO audits
• Publishing the delivery performance reports and tracking the delivery metrics on daily basis
• Managing the adoption and change management of new applications

Qualifications

Strong experience in internal and external stakeholder management

Strong team management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
