Resource Optimization: Drive capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-Time Delivery Rate: ≥ 95% of projects delivered within agreed timelines. Budget Adherence: ≤ 5% variance across all managed projects. Process Compliance: 100% adherence to PMO governance standards and frameworks. Team Capability Growth: Minimum 2 structured mentoring sessions per month; measurable improvement in delivery managers’ performance scores. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve ≥ 90% positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on project governance and communication. Risk Mitigation Effectiveness: Reduction of critical project risks by ≥ 80% before escalation stage. Reporting Accuracy: 100% timely and accurate executive dashboards and status reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field; advanced certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. 8–12 years of experience in project/program management with strong PMO exposure. Proven ability to transform delivery practices and mentor teams in high-growth environments. Expertise in project management tools (ZOHO Projects, MS Project, Smartsheet) and methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in IT, SaaS, BFSI, or enterprise technology environments.
