Role Overview:

OSAT Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in project coordination and schedule management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor/electronic manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
