Job Description

We Are Hiring: PMO (Project Management Office) Professional | 910 Years Experience

PMO professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO activities across multiple projects with strong governance and quality focus
  • Drive project planning, reporting, tracking, and risk/issue management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders for seamless delivery
  • Manage dashboards, status reports, and project performance metrics
  • Conduct data analysis to support project insights and decision-making
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and drive action follow-ups
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project and governance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 9–10 years of experience in PMO / Project Management roles

  • Mandatory:

    Hands-on experience with at least one

    Investment Banking project

  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis/reporting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools like

    JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
