Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of real estate construction projects on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong understanding and interpretation of construction drawings and technical documentation
• In-depth knowledge of land-related matters, with the ability to analyze and propose effective solutions
• Oversee procurement processes from vendor selection to material delivery, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely availability
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve design and technical plans and contribute to value engineering.
• Monitor and control project progress with regular reporting to senior management.
• Solve project-related issues and provide strategic direction for on-time delivery.
• Drive innovation and best practices in construction methodologies and materials.
• Efficiently balance on-site presence (60%) and office-based coordination, planning, and reporting (40%)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum

  25 years of relevant experience

  in the real estate or construction industry.

• Educational Background:

• Senior Architect with significant on-site project execution experience
• Civil Engineer with a strong design and project management background.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale residential & villa projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
