Job Responsibilities:1. Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site. 2. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment,tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution. 3. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst.Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site. 4. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards orspecifications prior to execution of any jobs. 5. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site. 6. Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups. 7. Monitors the actual physical works at site. 8. Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. 9. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site. 10. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regularbasis or as required. 11. Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site. 12. Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contractdocuments, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or internationalstandards. 13. As a Project Manager, your role involves verifying the scope of works and quantities, preparing schedules for each project, and ensuring design verification and submission as per requirements and standards. You will be responsible for material selection, approval, and submission in compliance with the set standards. Additionally, resolving technical problems related to projects by consulting with consultants or clients is a key aspect of your job. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the progress of projects according to the scheduled program, conducting meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers regularly. Coordinating with these stakeholders on a regular basis and deploying manpower as per site progress requirements are crucial tasks that you will handle. Furthermore, you will be in charge of handling inspections regularly, updating progress reports, and approving valuations and verifying bills. Moreover, your role will involve preparing material requests, submitting invoices, generating Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), preparing subcontractor billing, and executing work as per the drawings. You will also be responsible for constructing schedules, internal reporting such as Monthly Progress Status Reports, monthly billing reports, Cost Work Breakdown Structure, client complaints and satisfaction register, variation registers, change orders, and controlling selective correspondence with clients, notifications, submittals, approvals, etc. Additionally, you have experience in implementing a typical Aluminum formwork system (like Mivan, Kumkang) in international standards, which has resulted in reducing project time consumption, controlling job costs, reducing manpower consumption, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
