Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met. You will assist in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining a clear line of communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Coordinate project resources and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project-related issues.
• Assist with the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed.
• Monitor project budgets, and help track expenses, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project documentation and ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements for more efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, JIRA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
