Google Ads Manager

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and ROI through strategic campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Write and test ad copy to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with content and design teams on creatives and landing pages
• Set up conversion tracking and performance reports
• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and updates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns a plus
• Familiar with A/B testing and landing page optimization
