We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in for international ecommerce brands in Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns , with a strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV). Key Responsibilities Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube & Performance Max. Manage Google Merchant Center and ensure product feed accuracy (Shopify preferred). Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, ad copy creation, and A/B testing. Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA and revenue growth . Monitor daily performance and implement bid strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions). Set up tracking using GA4, GTM & UTM parameters for accurate data measurement. Handle remarketing & audience segmentation for full-funnel campaign strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications experience in Google Ads campaign management . Strong experience in E-commerce campaigns , especially Shopping & PMax. Proficiency in Google Merchant Center, GA4, GTM & Shopify feeds . Deep understanding of Smart Bidding, budget allocation & optimization techniques. Excellent analytical skills with strong command of Excel/Sheets & reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
