Job Description

Google Ads Manager

Key responsibilities

Plan, build and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping/Smart Shopping/Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
Build and optimise Shopping feed (product data quality, GTINs, attributes) and collaborate with e-com/merch teams to prioritise SKUs.
Drive revenue and ROAS for USA market — develop geo/time/day, device and audience strategies for US shoppers.
Monitor, test and optimise bidding strategies (Manual, Maximize Conversion Value, Target ROAS, Smart Bidding).
Work with analytics (GA4) and tag/measurement stack to ensure accurate conversion tracking (server side if needed) and UTMs.
Launch and iterate on remarketing, dynamic remarketing and prospecting audiences; set up custom audiences and customer match.
Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives, banners, product videos; A/B test ad copy and creatives.
Analyse funnel performance, LTV and cohort metrics; report on CAC, ROAS, AOV, CR and pipeline health.
Collaborate with CRO, SEO, email, and platform (Shopify/BigCommerce/Magento) teams to improve landing pages and checkout flows.
Maintain campaign documentation, playbooks, and weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Must-have

4–5 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads for
international e-commerce
, preferably
USA clothing/apparel brands
.
Proven track record of hitting ROAS and revenue targets for US market (provide examples/metrics).
Strong experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, Performance Max and Smart Bidding.
Deep knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, GTM and UTM best practices.
Comfortable working with Shopify (or similar) product feeds and troubleshooting feed errors.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) for handling US-market creatives, briefs and stakeholders.
Willingness to work onsite from Mohali full-time.
