Role & responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, handling incoming leads or calls, converting them into sales, and meeting monthly revenue targets. This role combines digital marketing performance ownership with sales accountability, ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) with a focus on lead generation. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy for maximum ROI. Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion rate. Write high-performing ad copies and manage extensions, negative keywords, and A/B testing. Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Handle inbound leads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets; earn incentives upon completion. Maintain and update performance dashboards and provide weekly reports on ad performance and conversions. Stay updated with new Google Ads features, competitor activities, and digital marketing trends. Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Skills: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing lead-generation Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max). Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding optimization, ad rank, ad extensions, and quality score improvement. Proven ability to convert inbound leads into sales through confident communication and timely follow-ups. Proficiency in conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and call tracking setup. Experience building and analyzing Looker Studio or Google Ads performance dashboards for campaign insights. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi. Analytical, target-driven, and self-motivated able to interpret campaign data and make ROI-driven decisions independently. Good-to-Have Skills: Google Ads Certification. Experience in service-based industries (hospitality, events, or F&B preferred). Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking. Basic understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
