We are looking for a Google Ads Manager who will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google platforms to drive high-quality leads, sales, and ROI for FlyingBiz and its clients. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Conduct keyword research and audience targeting Write compelling ad copies and extensions Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads Improve KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages & keywords Monitor quality score and reduce cost per conversion Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports Coordinate with content, design & landing page teams
