Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role involves coordinating activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Track project progress and identify any potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.
• Support communication between project stakeholders and team members.
• Help resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree (PG) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) is mandatory.
• Undergraduate (UG) degree alone will not be considered.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with budgeting and reporting processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,882.80 - ₹15,319.30 per month
