Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
• Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
• Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide operational excellence and administrative support to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
