Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDEs to drive performance and meet targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies. Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports to evaluate effectiveness. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Prior experience in managing or mentoring a sales/business development team is preferred.
