Overview

Program Manager – Sales



Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with sales leadership to define annual and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Translate business goals into

    scalable programs

    that drive pipeline growth and sales performance.
  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize sales processes.

Program Management & Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of

    strategic sales programs and initiatives

    across regions/segments.
  • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive adoption of sales enablement tools, CRM enhancements, and process improvements.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Track sales performance against KPIs (revenue, pipeline health, conversion, customer acquisition costs).
  • Generate

    dashboards and insights

    to guide sales leadership on performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to align demand-generation campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate

    quotas, incentives, and compensation plans

  • Collaborate with Product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems within the sales team.
  • Design and run training programs, playbooks, and enablement resources.
  • Act as a bridge between frontline sales and leadership, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in

    sales operations, program management, or sales strategy

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    sales processes, and data analytics

    .
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in

    Excel, Google Sheets,SQL, or similar tools

    .
