Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To design implement analyze improve and oversee evolution of loyalty programs performance

This role is responsible for driving customer retention, enhancing lifetime value, and fostering brand advocacy through innovative loyalty initiatives. Build and scale a best-in-class program that aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional results, value to business and customer experiences. It is also responsible for actioning insights with stakeholders from customer data, and market trends to drive decisions and optimize loyalty strategies.

The role oversees right platform management, vendor management reward mechanisms and structure, tracking and redemption and building brand affinity amongst the influencer community. As part of the marketing team this the role is required to collaborate and drive objectives cross-functionally with sales, customer excellence and finance

Responsibilities

1) Strategic Programme Management

Define and execute the overall loyalty strategy, aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Lead the transformation or modernization of existing loyalty programs to stay competitive and relevant.

Analyse customer data and behaviours to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

Collaborate with data teams to measure programme effectiveness, ROI, and make data-driven decisions.

Drive business plan specifically with regard to no of enrolments of influencers retailers and drive throughput targets per user with an aim to increase consumption and offtake.

2) Technology and Drive User Integration

Develop and manage technology piece to ensure seamless user experience to drive objectives of the programme

Drive marketing campaigns participation for incremental revenue.

Work with CRM and content teams to personalize communication &b involvement to targeted audiences

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal data driven insights for loyalty and engagement.

3) Internal Collaboration and External Engagement

Plan and execute channel engagement strategies tailored to drive loyalty, brand affinity, and product push.

Execute channel mapping activities to identify high-impact influencer clusters and market opportunities.

Work closely with distributors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Drive timely campaigns and product Programme communications with the sales and internal marketing teams.

4) Data Analytics and Performance

Analyze customer data and program metrics to drive improvements in loyalty performance, drive enhancements

Build and manage real-time dashboards and MIS reports to monitor KPIs and drive Sales leaders participation
