Position Summary:

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-module programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and report program status, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Leverage MS Excel to manage data, create reports, perform analysis, and track performance metrics.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and insights..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce preferred
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in program or project management involving cross-functional or cross-module initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  , including use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.

• Above-average analytical skills

  with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP/PgMP certification is mandatory
