Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and methodologies
- Oversee the planning, capacity management, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to Peacock senior leadership team.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
- Ensure that the documentation, processes, and frameworks from the projects are implemented properly.
- Ensure the gathering and presenting data about the progression of the projects.
- Checking that the strategy laid out by the program manager is being respected.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 to 16 years of proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role.
- Stakeholder engagement experience in an international and matrixial environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong communication, team management skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead the development of new solutions to meet changing expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- General knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Strong skills in providing :
- daily progress monitoring & reporting,
- Purchase order (PO/PR ) process and finance reporting.
- capacity management,
- performance updates,
- issue/risks tracking/reporting to coordinators and steering teams.
- Problem solving methodologies
- Written and oral fluency in English
