The Purpose of This Role We are looking a seasoned Program Manager with about 8 to10 years of experience for leading a largescale enterprisewide VMware to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) migration program. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing complex enterprisescale infrastructure projects with a focus on virtualization, database platforms and enterprise workload migrations. This role requires excellent program governance, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills to ensure seamless program execution across global stakeholders. The Value You Deliver The candidate will be leading and executing enterprise-wide VMware to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) migration program). The Skills that are Key to this role Key Responsibilities Lead the endtoend planning and execution of the VM to OLVM migration program ensuring alignment and strategic objectives Develop and manage detailed migration schedules, cutover plans and dependency maps across applications, databases and infrastructure. Coordinate migrations with cross functional teams (Infrastructure, Database, Applications and Business Units) Proactively Identify and escalate program risks, issues, and challenges related to migrations and driving mitigation strategies. Overseeing capacity planning, performance validation and disaster recovery readiness during and after migration Deliver executivelevel presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate program status, risks, and outcomes. Drive post migration stabilization, optimization and knowledge transfer across different operational teams Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance, and quality standards across all program activities. Navigate stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across business units, technology teams, and external vendors. The Expertise Were Looking For Experience: 8-10 years of program/project management experience with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure (Virtualization) and Database platforms. Domain Expertise Proven track record in Vmware to Olvm migrations, and large-scale IT transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of virtualization, hypervisor technologies, Oracle, DB2 and Sql Server databases. Leadership Ability to coordinate large global teams and navigate through senior leadership and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Communication Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior executives.
