Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute large-scale
employee events
(Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Conferences, etc.)
Manage cross-organizational initiatives promoting
culture, learning, and innovation
Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure an excellent
employee experience
Support site leadership in
building a strong work culture
Plan, budget, and execute programs effectively with vendor and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

Proven experience in
program/event management
or
consulting
(employee-centric programs preferred)
Strong
leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
abilities
Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to connect with diverse employee groups

Preferred Background:

MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience at
Accenture, Big 4, or MBB
firms
