Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for an accomplished Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, delivery leadership experience, and hands-on exposure to Pardot, HubSpot, and related marketing automation platforms.You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs — from design to deployment.
Oversee multi-cloud implementations including Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing (Pardot/HubSpot).
Define architecture, integration, and data strategy in alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Manage large delivery teams and ensure timely, quality-focused outcomes.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and delivery governance.
Drive roadmap planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support pre-sales, estimations, and technical proposal inputs when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

18+ years of IT experience, with 12 years in Salesforce program delivery.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Proven experience with Pardot, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools.
Hands-on exposure to cloud, data, and API integrations within enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (Architect, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Sales/Service Cloud).
HubSpot certification or hands-on implementation experience.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
PMP or Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) certifications are a plus.
